Properties

 

  • Architectural Concrete – is a type of concrete which is understood as concrete surfaces with defined requirements under
    in terms of appearance. It guarantees the achievement of the same or better parameters in terms of strength and durability,
    however, it is more aesthetic. It is a material, by its nature, variable in aesthetic features, and all streaks, pores (crayfish /
    pitting) are a natural effect and emphasize its character.
  • Individual GAAG Vide blocks may differ from each other and have deviations within the dimensions prescribed in the standards.
  • Due to the production conditions, different production batches may show discrepancies in aesthetic and visual values due to
    due to:
    ‣ various weather conditions, including storage by the Buyer
    ‣ differences in the raw materials used for production (aggregates, sand, cement). Delivery discrepancies are independent of the Producer,
    however, they have an impact on the final visual effect of the prefabricated elements.
  • Architectural concrete in its properties has low water absorption, but no impregnation and contact of concrete elements with
    water and other substances may lead to the absorption of water, and as a result, a temporary or permanent color change.
  • GAAG Vide blocks are dispersed polymer fiber reinforced elements that can sometimes be seen on the
    surface, which is not a product defect.
  • One of the features of natural architectural concrete is discoloration and streaks resulting from changes in ambient humidity and they are not the basis for advertising the product.
