System features

The biggest advantage of the Diverso model is the ability to interfere with the filling pattern. By manipulating the order and type of shapes, it is possible to create an individual pattern reproduced on all types of fence (from spans through wickets, hinged, broken gates, gate-furtles to self-supporting gates). However, it is necessary to maintain a minimum 10-mm gap between any shapes. Thanks to this, the Employer can create an original, non -standard pattern of the entire line.

Diverso is also the name of the fence family marked successively as a model 1/ pattern 2/ pattern 3, in which the same construction and identical filling profiles were used, as for the classic Diverso. However, it is not possible to manipulate the filling in exemplary projects.

The Diverso model is based on construction and filling known from P82, MIX and P102 models. It is a kind of combination of the best features of all these models, from construction, through filling and a range of accessories, as well as solutions dedicated to the P82 fences family.

Technical details

All constructions of self -supporting, tilting gates and gates in Diverso/1/2/3 models are based on a steel frame with a cross -section of 80/40/2. In all models from classical diverso to model diverso, the same set of sections is used to fill in filling in:

• Specord: 100/20/1.2 mm
• Specord: 80/20/1.2 mm
• Specord: 40/20/1.5 mm
• Specord: 20/20/25 mm

The model is available with the mechanism of broken gates in the single- and double gate variant. It is also used on the industrial market, because for self -supporting and tilting gates it is possible to make structures, the maximum width of which reaches 7500 mm.

DIVERSO PATTERN 1

FILLING

Cross -sectional sections:/80/20/1.2 mm (quantity changing with the height of the structure)/40/20/1.5 mm (10 pieces)/20/20/1.5 mm (6 pieces) laid according to a standardized pattern. For structures with a width exceeding 1500 mm and containing a 20/20×1.5 mm profile, an additional 25/2 mm flat bar is used in the middle of the filling. It applies to both spans and fillings in self-supporting, tilting, broken, single-leaf gates, asymmetrical gates and gate-frurt.
